  Back in April I purchased a very well priced pair of Brashers. Alas, they had a problem. I contacted Country Innovation, no problems. However, I dithered and forgot about sending the shoes back. So, I eventually got round to returning the shoes in September. Still, no problems. Replacement shoes sent out, no fuss, no mess. Just good customer service. The shoe problem was not country innovations, but Brashers. Great service as is proved by how they handled a problem way after they had sold an item. I will use them again, as it gives you confidence they support what they sell. Paul.
